The Role: Reporting directly to the Head of UX and Design, you will take the lead on high-impact feature developments across all digital channels, including web, mobile, and retail.
As a senior figure in the product team, you will play a key role in shaping effective design processes and identifying new product development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end design process for high-profile projects, from discovery and research to prototyping and final high-fidelity outputs.
Collaborate across multiple teams and business units to uncover new product opportunities and enhance the user experience.
Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior members of the UX team, fostering a culture of high performance and design excellence.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and leverage data insights to inform design decisions.
Drive improvements in team processes and contribute to a strong performance culture.
Stay informed of the latest UX and digital trends, bringing new ideas and new methods to the team.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience).
10+ years of UX experience, with a strong background in leading high-profile projects that have delivered measurable business impact.
Expertise in UX tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and research platforms (e.g., Quantum Metrics, UserZoom).
Extensive experience conducting user research and applying lean UX methods.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across various departments and teams.
