We're on the lookout for a Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team located in Corby .
Job Details As lead generator you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business customers, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent customer service.
You will be working towards ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a consultative sales approach and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Seek out and connect with potential business clients via multiple avenues such as outbound calls, emails, and networking opportunities.
Identify and cultivate leads, transforming prospects into valued customers.
Nurture and sustain strong relationships with clients.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales journey.
Aim to meet and surpass sales targets.
Adopt a consultative approach to sales.
The Lead Generator will be provided with comprehensive training to excel in this role.
Requirements Proven experience in a customer service, sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills Benefits Base salary £22,385 per annum + uncapped commission.
(OTE £30 - £40K) Guaranteed commission for first 6 months (£250 gross per month) Ongoing training and development including extensive 1:1 coaching and group sessions.
