Key Responsibilities: Engage with qualified prospective clients within the private equity sector to introduce IMP's services.
Meeting Conversion: Convert outbound calls into high-quality meetings between prospective clients and IMP's leadership team.
Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and target key decision-makers in private equity firms.
Collaboration: Work closely with IMP's leadership team to ensure prospects are well-prepared and positioned for engagement.
What We're Looking For: Excellent Communication Skills: Confident, clear, and persuasive in phone communications.
Sales-driven: Comfortable working in a commission-based role with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Self-motivated: Ability to manage your time, hit goals independently, and thrive in a high-performance environment.
Essential Requirements: Proven track record: Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, telesales, and appointment setting within B2B sales.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and continue with persistence and a positive attitude.
Time management: Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Financial Services/Private Equity: Familiarity with the private equity or financial services sector is advantageous but not essential.
