Lead Data Engineer

Lead Data Engineer | Swindon (hybrid) | £60,000-£80,000 Peaple Talent are very excited to have partnered with a leading financial services client, based in Swindon who are looking for a new Lead Data Engineer.
As Lead Data Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership and mentorship of the Data Engineering team helping them in the design, development, testing, and deployment of quality data analytics solutions and services.
Responsibilities: Providing technical leadership by staying up to date on the latest technologies and trends.
Using technical knowledge to help the team develop innovative and effective solutions.
Mentoring the team on technical matter, providing support and solutions.
Designing and implementing data solutions.
Requirements: A number of years commercial experience as a Data Engineer Data Warehouse and Report Layer design Experience using Microsoft Azure Experience using Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Synapse and Azure Databricks Proven record of mentoring and coaching teams What's in it for you?
