Lead Counsel – Strategic B2B Contracts – London

Our client, a TMT giant is looking for a seasoned Lead Counsel – B2T to join their newly formed division, which oversees interests in non-wholly owned assets.
This position requires providing top-tier legal advice and strategic business support to senior leadership, covering areas such as complex commercial contracts and all issues around them.
Regular interaction with senior team members, external equity partners, and collaboration with various group functions is expected.
Key duties include advising on entities (UK, Spain, Italy), structuring strategic programmes, and fostering strong business relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing business strategy, and possessing extensive experience in post-deal implementation.
Candidates should be legally qualified with substantial in-house or law firm experience and have strong drafting and negotiating skills, dealing with significant B2B contracts.
