Maintain efficient paper and electronic filing.Test and report PU hose covers.Sample, mould and test rubber compounds to the required standardSample, test and adjust concentration levels of wash reagents from the P3 fittings tanksMethodically extract cords from large hose carcass sections taken from returned hoses (manual handling and wearing of extensive PPE required)Methodically build and cure Flex Fatigue blocks.
Monitor, extract and test cordsLearn and follow the health and safety requirements in relation to the job.
