What you'll be doing Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwash and surrounding areas within the site.
Carrying out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant Cleaning and sterilizing counter tops, walls and sinks Ensuring FOH and BOH are clean and tidy Assisting with basic food preparation if required Assisting with daily and weekly deep cleans Assisting with deliveries and organizing them in the correct storage areas Removing waste from waste containers and disposing of them in the correct external bins Providing assistance to front of house and kitchen staff as required Experience Previous experience in a similar role desirable Customer focused and a good communicator Excellent team player with a flexible approach to duties
