We are currently recruiting for full-time Kitchen porter and cleaning position to help our facility shine!
Working pattern: Monday- Friday from 12:00 to 20:00 Location: Lisnamuck, Co Longford Purpose of the Role To undertake daily kitchen cleaning duties in line with Health & Safety Standards.
Job Description Prepare food as requested by Head Chef Prepare dining area Collect trays, put dirty dishes in the dishwasher, wash trays in hot soapy water and wipe trolley.
Unload dishwasher and clean filter and dishwasher.
Check pantry for daily supplies, restock containers daily.
Make sure before filling and restocking, containers are washed in hot soapy water.
Clean fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, refill dishwashing liquid, check rinse aid in dishwasher.
Check fridges and clean inside and out daily.  Wipe down kitchenette cupboards inside and out.  Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and kitchenette General housekeeping and cleaning Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells and toilets, etc.
Dusting and washing floors and walls Sweeping, floor polishing and waste disposal Inform the Supervisor/Manager of stock required for replenishing purposes Undertake any other duties as requested We are happy to hear from anyone with skills in any of these areas.
Requirements: A can-do attitude Experience of a similar role Good working knowledge of English Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices Knowledge of how to use the equipment necessary to carry out the assigned tasks.
