About the role You will be supporting the Finance Business Partner with Financial Control, Compliance, Reporting and Analysis for the BU.
You will be providing accurate and timely financial information to help the BU and monitor finance performance.
Main Responsibilities Analysis KPI's such as invoice lag, debtors, variance and productive hours Provide analysis to forecast the performance of the business against budget, in order to aid decision making.
Support the FBP in the annual budget preparation process Support the FBP to ensure the monthly and quarterly reporting is completed in line with fast close protocol and set timescales Ensure accounts payable statement reconciliation are completed and reviewed.
The Person: Qualified at AAT Level/equivalent accounting qualification, Degree, or Part Qualified at CIMA.
Proven experience using a Financial package and ERP system Ability to translate, report and communicate financial analysis into clear actions and objectives Good knowledge of basic accounting functions such as AP, AR and timesheets Good interpersonal skills with willingness to take on new skills & knowledge.
