About the Role: As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and ensuring that all students are provided with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
You will play a key role in shaping the educational experience for our youngest learners, helping them build the foundation for their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and setting targets for development.
Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse learning needs of all students.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Collaborate with other staff members to promote a holistic approach to education.
Contribute to the school's wider ethos and participate in extracurricular activities.
