Job DescriptionACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts.Develop and execute strategic business and account plans, with clearly articulated strategies, tailored to each clients' needs, focusing on maximizing revenue, market share, client retention and loyalty from designated Account to Hotels.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.Lead the annual RFI/RFP solicitation process for Business Travel, Airline and identify new opportunities to add new hotels into the Hotel program list or consolidate share.Provide coaching, advice and feedback to hotels on designated accounts by preparing up to date and comprehensive Account Plans to share with hotels as required.Work in collaboration with colleagues on all global Key and Strategic accounts to contribute to objectives of each account.Manage, develop and grow assigned account portfolio to exceed annual revenue targets.Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on sales activities and results.PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING Stay informed about global market trends, competitors activities and developments within the industry and market.Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for business improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on potential new markets or segments for expansion.Reporting on key account performance, including revenue growth, market share and client satisfaction metrics.NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROSPECTING Conduct market research and analysis to identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Middle East region, including potential markets, customers, competitors, and trends.Establish and maintain positive and long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the hospitality industry, such as hotel owners, operators, managers, travel agents, travel management companies etc.ANNUAL CONTRACTING SUPPORT CORPORATE Lead the corporate contracting season overseeing RFI/RFPs for HUB and hotels.Provide and monitor RFI/RFPs performance report.AIRLINES Build strong relationships with airline partners and develop a deep understanding of their needs and preferences. QualificationsBachelor Degree10 years' experience in the hotel industry with a sound understanding of Hotel operations, sales, marketing and distribution ecosystem.Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management Preferred but not essential.Fluency in English. Other Arabic language/French would be a plus.Advance in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.Basic knowledge on sales CRM and Tools: Salesforce and CVENT.Have an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, know how to prioritize, comfortable in leading change.
