Fun is our key word, where our sites across the UK offer up to 30 activities from e-karting to trampoline parks, high wall climbing to augmented reality bowling.
We are now currently looking for Karting Receptionists to join our fun team at our brand-new Gravity Max Westfield Stratford.
What you'll be doing… Working on our main Karting team members on the Ground Floor you will be the first greeting our customers, booking them into their races and then helping marshal them on track.
Your typical day as a Karting Marshall · You are the first face most of our customers will see on site, you will be greeting customers, putting them at ease and making sure they know where to go and what to do.
· You will be making and confirming bookings for our activities.
· Cash handling and taking card payments.
· Starting our guest's fun experience!
· When trackside you will be running safety briefings, setting customers up in karts and then supporting the marshalling of the races.
We are looking for team members who can be flexible in the hours and days they work, and you will be required to work an any 5 from 7 shift rota.
The site is open from the morning through to late evenings and you will be scheduled to work varying shifts on a weekly basis.
We will consider part time and full-time hours for this role.
