Junior sous chef required for a Restaurant between Newcastle and Hexham, this restaurant serves Mediterranean dishes, Junior sous chef £15 per hour on 40 hours (FULL TIME PERM ROLE) and this role will turn into a Senior Sous chef role within the next 3-6 months.

The role We are looking for a Junior sous chef who can run the small kitchen with the head chef, you will be running the kitchen and the passs as well.

You will ensure the kitchen prep is all done and ready for service, you will cook in service and ensure the plates are leaving the pass correctly.
