Responsibilities: Work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, Product teams in meeting existing business revenue targets.
Apply a consultative approach to customer meetings and align Zoho Products to customer needs.
Drive adoption of Zoho Products through Demos, POCs and innovative solutions.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
Work closely with product teams to find solutions as well as to stay informed about the latest product developments and feature updates.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs by collaborating with internal teams.
Stay updated on emerging technology trends and build in-depth expertise in Zoho and other third-party products.
Requirements 1-5 years of pre-sales or consulting experience with IT/SaaS products, such as CRM Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate within a Hybrid model and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Ability to build internal relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams globally, as well as nurture external relationships with clients.
Coding experience is an added advantage.
