Junior Private PA to HNW couple Location London SW3 Office based - 5 days per week#Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful junior private PA ( ideally 2nd jibber)  with at least 2 years experience  to provide comprehensive support in a private  family office setting.
This role involves working closely with the Executive Assistant (EA) to ensure seamless management of the family's personal, professional, and lifestyle needs.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, skilled organizer, and polished communicator, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Lifestyle Support:Partner with the EA to manage a wide array of lifestyle and family-related tasks, offering an extra layer of assistance for diverse responsibilitiesTravel & Lifestyle Bookings:Support the EA in coordinating travel arrangements and lifestyle bookings for family members, including itinerary planning and reservation management.Financial Reconciliation:Assist with credit card reconciliations and receipt management to ensure accurate financial tracking and adherence to budgets.Event Planning & Logistics:Help plan and execute family events, from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, managing guest lists, logistics, and ensuring a seamless experience.Operational Support:Provide phone and holiday coverage for the EA as needed, including occasional late-night availability, balanced with appropriate recovery time.Task & Errand Management:Run errands, track outstanding tasks, and follow up on issues to ensure timely completion of the family's priorities.Report Preparation:Gather and synthesize information from vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to prepare detailed reports and summaries for the EA and family.Relationship Coordination:Maintain family friend lists and manage event invitations, ensuring timely communication and relationship management.Office Support:Provide late office coverage when necessary (up to 8 pm), with adjusted start times the following day.Required Skills and Experience:Experience:At least 2 years of PA experience, preferably within a private household, family office, or similar setting.Organizational Excellence:Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Communication Skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders while maintaining discretion.Proactive Problem-Solving:A self-starter who adapts quickly to shifting priorities, remains calm under pressure, and takes initiative to resolve challenges.Analytical Skills:Strong ability to collect and organize data from various sources, presenting it clearly and effectively for decision-making purposes.Local Knowledge:Familiarity with London's high-net-worth networks, including access to relevant resources, vendors, and service providers.Personal Attributes:Resilient and Adaptable:Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm when handling unexpected challenges.Collaborative Team Player:Works seamlessly with the EA and other team members, sharing responsibilities and fostering a cooperative environment.Professional Integrity:Demonstrates a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.Flexible Mindset:Open to handling ad-hoc requests and varied tasks to meet the dynamic needs of the family.This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
