Junior Office Manager

Details of the offer

ResponsibilitiesManage investor and client data on Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support the C-suite by conducting research, compiling reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Take ownership of inventory management for investors and clients, ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation.
Coordinate the distribution of free tickets and hospitality packages to clients.
Provide essential cross-team support, collaborating with various departments to facilitate seamless operations.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and team members in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain a tidy and organised office environment, ensuring office supplies are stocked.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
Support HR and onboarding processes for new team members.
Assist in managing office expenses and budgets.
Assist with travel bookings and accommodations for team members.
Coordinate and assist with office events and social activities.
Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and support requests.
Continuously seek ways to improve office processes and efficiency.
Skills & Experience A strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce or a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively and provide support across different teams.
Enthusiasm and a proactive mindset.
