Junior New Business / Directors Rep

Outsider is looking for a Junior New Business person / Directors Rep to join our team in London. Whilst experience is ideal, it is not necessary. What is necessary is an avid interest in film and the advertising industry where your commitment and ambition will shine through as you grow into the role and the company. We are looking for someone who communicates well, is enthusiastic, sociable and loves meeting new people and working with talent.
The day to day at Outsider will of course vary but general job criteria will include:
Establishing relationships with agencies and brands, with the goal of bringing in scripts and job opportunities for the Outsider roster.Help to set up screenings and presentations with agencies and brands to showcase what Outsider have been up to and our latest work.Managing the admin side of script flow and active productions, whilst also updating Daylite with agency / brand personnel activity and movement.Being involved in the day to day development and management of the roster.Bringing a passion for helping to source new talent for the roster and working out where we can improve.Learning each director's reel thoroughly and helping build bespoke reels for specific briefs.Attend industry events and build relationships where you can.Helping out the wider team on pitches and social media outreach / PR.If you'd like to hear more about the role and join our team then please email your CV and a cover letter outlining why you'll be the perfect fit to: ******
