We're on the lookout for a Junior IT Technician to swoop in and keep things running smoothly across multiple school sites.
From troubleshooting to deploying new tech, you'll be the first line of defence for all things IT.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and you'll be the hero making sure teachers and staff can work without a hitch.
What We Are Looking For: We're searching for an IT Superhero who can hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate must be: Eligible to work in the UK Local to Kent, Surrey & South London IT support experience within an educational environment (schools or similar settings).
Full UK driving license and car (required for travel between school sites).
Proficient in Windows AD and AzureAD management.
Knowledge of MDM systems , iPads and Google Workspace Experience supporting MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Scholarpack.
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and great at communicating with staff.
The ability to work across multiple sites is key, along with a willingness to learn and grow with the role.
Key Responsibilities: 1st & 2nd Line Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, solving problems efficiently.
Windows & AzureAD Management: Administer and support the school's Windows AD Network & Servers.
AV Setup: Configure and support AV equipment, including projectors and interactive displays.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.
MIS Support: Provide technical support for educational MIS systems like SIMS, Arbor, and Scholarpack.
System Deployment: Assist with building and deploying system images and installing software for staff.
