Job Description Salary: Up to £25,000 Location: Aston Working Hours: 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30 The Junior HubSpot Developer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our HubSpot platform, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with internal systems to support e-commerce platforms and lead generation teams.
The role involves developing custom functionalities to improve communication with new prospects and existing customers, optimizing HubSpot's performance in alignment with business needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation tools and foundational knowledge of C#, .NET, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Visual Studio.

Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform to support business objectives.
Develop and implement new features and functionalities within HubSpot, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems, including e-commerce platforms and lead generation tools.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create workflows, automate processes, and improve communication with prospects and customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot's performance and integrations.
Customize and configure HubSpot templates, modules, and assets to meet business requirements.
Work with APIs to enhance platform capabilities and ensure smooth data flow between HubSpot and other systems.
Collaborate with IT and development teams on integration projects involving C#, .NET (WinForms/MVC), Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Visual Studio.
Monitor platform usage and provide recommendations for improvements based on analytics and reporting.
Stay up to date with HubSpot's product updates and industry best practices, implementing relevant features to enhance business outcomes.
Assist in training internal users and stakeholders on HubSpot functionality and best practices.
Qualifications Familiarity and experience with API integrations and data flow between systems.
Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (MVC framework).
Knowledge of backend technologies, including C#, .NET (WinForms/MVC), and Node.js.
Foundational knowledge of SQL and database management.
Competency in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience with Visual Studio for development and debugging Some exposure to full-stack development using C#, .NET, Node.js, and JavaScript Exposure to SQL databases and managing data queries.
