We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Manager to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone looking to start or further their career in sales, with a passion for identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Location : Based in our Hereford office, with occasional travel across the UK for events and client meetings when not on Teams.
Key Responsibilities : New Business Outreach : Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Sales Support : Assist in executing sales strategies and meeting team revenue targets.
Client Engagement : Support the team in building a pipeline of prospective clients through outbound calls and market research.
Presentations and Proposals : Help prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations under the guidance of senior team members.
Market Research : Monitor industry trends and competitors to help identify new opportunities.
Collaboration : Work closely with senior sales team members and other departments to support overall sales initiatives.
Reporting : Assist in preparing sales reports and updates for the management team.
Industry Engagement : Attend relevant industry events and exhibitions to promote allpay.
About The Candidate The ideal candidate will have/be: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn about payment services and explain solutions in a clear and concise way.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel when required.
