Our experienced team of Lawyers handle matters relating to employment law, conveyancing, family law, wills and probate, dispute resolutions and property (both residential and commercial).
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated team player to join our company as a Junior Administration Assistant Apprentice. This apprenticeship will provide an excellent foundation for a career in Business Administration offering training, guidance and hand-on experience whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
About the Role: Your role as a Junior Administration Assistant Apprentice will add value to the organisation where you will interact with both internal and external customers. This will be a busy and varied position where you will play an important role helping in the smooth running of the office and gain valuable experience. You will be working closely with our experienced administration team and contribute to the daily operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting with general office duties, including filing and document management Supporting the Administration Assistant with scanning, distribution and Franking of post Answering incoming calls and taking messages where required Assisting on reception welcoming clients and taking calls when required to do so Opening client files, both on the system and physical files Photocopying documentation Ring binding documents as requested Scanning, sorting and documenting closed files Keeping the stationery cupboard tidy and maintained, reporting and low stock levels Keeping the kitchen tidy and emptying the dishwashers and monitoring storage levels in the fridge.
