About Your Role – The Highlights: You will work at the heart of our business, overseeing the planning and deployment of a trained workforce used by one of our key clients to demonstrate and sell their top-performing flagship product.
You will maximise our various retail channel performance by leveraging Ted Tech, with data-informed business decisions.
About Your Role – The Details: You will ensure that the planned campaign execution output of the agency meets and exceeds the client's expectations.
You will take proactive ownership of your allocated project management responsibilities, with a data-driven approach to making business decisions.
You will work closely with the clients to manage store planning and scheduling accurately, anticipating and resolving any logistical issues.
You will manage the overall campaign target tracking (planned vs. actual) and make strategic recommendations on our retail locations.
You will lead on the maintenance and engagement with our staff attendance and booking platform, prioritising accuracy and timely execution.
You will prepare and distribute work schedules to our national workforce, in partnership with relevant departments to maximise performance.
You will collaborate with the Senior Account Manager and our Finance Director on payroll and expense related queries.
About You: You are excited by a target-driven and operationally complex challenge.
You have some experience using data to guide your decision making and timely delivery of projects.
You are a well-presented and talented communicator, both in person and in writing, and you thrive on working with different kinds and levels of stakeholders.
You take pride in your work, with a detail-oriented approach and a love for meticulous organisation.
You are proactive, process driven and curious, eager to develop professionally, by embracing new challenges and learning from the team You are familiar with Excel and PowerPoint and keen to use both for in-depth reporting and client presentations.
