Our client is seeking a proactive and adaptable Junior Account Manager to join their dynamic sales and marketing team.

About the Role As a Junior Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in building and managing client relationships, spearheading campaigns, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Working with a talented team, you'll develop and deliver creative strategies that elevate brand presence and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with corporate and residential clients to create compelling stories, features, press releases, and social media content.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with the support of an Account Director and wider team.
Lead and implement campaign strategies, motivating the team to achieve goals and deliver results.
Monitor accounts for opportunities, issues, and potential improvements, ensuring smooth operations.
Set clear priorities for team members, ensuring projects are completed on time, on target, and to high standards.
Contribute to strategic consultation and engagement projects that make a societal impact.
Provide strategic insights to clients, understanding their commercial environment and challenges.
Attend client meetings and events as required.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in managing communication or engagement campaigns/projects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of print and digital production processes.
Confidence, passion for marketing, and awareness of current industry trends.
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
