Job Title: Project Manager – IVD Product Development Location: Oxford, hybrid (2 days on site) About the Opportunity: We are working with a groundbreaking Biotech company known for its innovation in molecular diagnostics and infectious disease research.
They are expanding their IVD product pipeline and are in need of a skilled Project Manager to help drive critical projects from concept through to launch, ensuring compliance with ISO13485 and alignment with business goals.

The Role: As the Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for managing high-impact IVD projects, overseeing everything from planning and resource allocation to reporting and exception management.
You'll work closely with teams across R&D, quality and regulatory, operations, and commercial to ensure successful product development and market launch.
Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Management: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration with quality, regulatory, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
Risk & Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure transparent reporting to senior management.
Resource & Budget Management: Maintain project budgets, manage scope changes, and secure the resources necessary for success.
Quality Control: Ensure that all project milestones are met on time and adhere to high-quality standards.
Requirements: Demonstrated experience in the project management of IVD products from initial development through to launch.
Strong understanding of ISO13485 standards and project lifecycle management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and best practices for resource and budget management.
