To support all users via remote technologies.This Support Desk Technician salary ranges is paying £25.5k (22k basic / 3.5k car allowance).As a Support Desk Technician you will be responsible for: Answering incoming helpdesk enquiries, and providing assistance to the 1st Line Support team to resolve customer issuesOffering in-house support to more complex IT / Network / VOIP issuesServer Configuration and monitoringYou will also be required to be hands on with all server and desktop products, as well as a variety of networking and other components I.E Routers, Printers and bespoke applications.2nd Line IT Support Requirements:For this position you will have previous experience working with the following:Previous experience working at 2nd Line level is requiredExperience working within an MSP environment would be preferably, but not essentialMicrosoft Office 2010 through to 2019 & Office 365 AdministrationKnowledge of Microsoft Server 2008Knowledge of Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / 2019An understanding of networking protocols and devicesAs a Support Desk Technician you will be friendly and have great customer service skills with experience in a similar role.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress within a busy company building a strong and successful career.
