We are now looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our team.
IT Support Technician: Ref No.
084 BD The IT Support Technicians role is to act as a first point of contact for all IT related queries and issues, providing issue resolution.
If necessary, escalating any unresolved issues to the IT function within the Cuervo group of Companies or to third party suppliers.
To apply you must have the following- A minimum of 2 years experience in computer and network administration and end user technical support or A degree in a relevant discipline with 1 years experience Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks, Azure, and Office 365.
Working knowledge of SAP (GUI Navigation, Basic functionality of any module) is desirable Any relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or CCNA is also desirable To apply please click the APPLY NOW button below.
