Based onsite at my clients impressive NI head office, You would be joining a small inhouse IT department going through an exciting period of growth and investment.
You will be instrumental in the maintenance and further expansion of their technical landscape and be involved in some exciting tech & security focused projects from the start.
Duties: Maintenance & enhancement of local IT infrastructure, improving efficiency and reliability.
Provide Technical support for all PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals across multiple (NI) sites.
Provide support and assistance for cloud technologies such as AWS / Azure Security technologies (e.g., firewalls, encryption), and participate in SOC activities.
Experience of Windows Server including group policy and Virtual Technologies Providing comprehensive IT support to all users as part of a wide ranging IT Team.
