We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst who will play a crucial role in our retail operations, providing technical support to our teams across the company.

Description Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support to employees across the company.
Resolving service desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining a high level of customer service for all support queries.
Working closely with the technology team to resolve more complex issues.
Documenting all actions in line with company and industry standards.
Assisting in the management of software and hardware inventories.
Participating in IT projects as required.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service desk function.
Profile A successful Service Desk team member should have: An educational background in a related field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
Strong skills in diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A good understanding of healthcare industry systems and applications.
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Job Offer £200-£250 Per Day, Depending of experience.
