About the roleFor our Nexperia global headquarters, located in Nijmegen the Netherlands, we are looking for an IT Risk & Security Manager who will lead the Global Information Security & Compliance team which is part of our Global IT department.Your team will be responsible for IT security and IT compliance within our whole global organization.
As an IT Risk & Security Manager you will be hands on leading this team and you will be reporting directly to the CIO of Nexperia.What you will doManage the Global Information Security & Compliance Team consisting at stage of 2 Cybersecurity Architects and 1 Cybersecurity project manager.Implement the cyber security strategy (technical and organizational) for Nexperia (IT and OT) in line with recognized standards and evolving compliance regulations.Manage the IT+OT Security Operations Centre (SOC) and all associated teams and activities.Leading projects (including tool and solution selection) to further enhance Nexperia's cyber security maturity level.
Manage the lifecycle of selected tools and vendors to maintain/improve the required level of service.Ensuring cyber security is considered as part of day-to-day operations and initiatives fostering the principles of "security by design" and "security first".Leading cyber security audits, assessments, and crisis simulations.
Be the focal point for any major security incident and managing the breach.Lead the response to all cyber security requests and questions (internal and external)Act as the IT Risk Manager owning the IT Risk Management Process and liaising with the Enterprise Risk Management team.Chair regular (currently monthly) IT risk reviews ensuring adherence to the process and monitor progress of all risk mitigations.
What you will needA relevant bachelor's or master's degree in for example Information Technology.At least 4 or more years working experience.Knowledge of IT and OT cyber security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO27001/2, IEC 62443 etc.
).Experience of managing cyber security assessments and projects within a manufacturing environment.
