Investment Professional - Infrastructure Private Equity

Our client, a rapidly growing pension fund in London, is looking to hire an experienced Associate Portfolio Manager to join its Infrastructure Private Equity team.
The hire will play an important role in the full investment cycle, from deal sourcing to investment analysis, deal execution, and asset management, specifically focused on direct investments across Infrastructure, Digital, Energy, and Transportation.
THE ROLE: Contribute to the development and implementation of the infrastructure & real assets portfolio strategy Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities predominantly across the UK and Europe, and present findings to Investment Committees for approval Lead deal teams while remaining hands-on across the entire execution process, including due diligence, valuation, structuring and transaction documentation Assist in the ongoing active management of the existing portfolio and individual investments to drive performance including undertaking board roles on selective portfolio investments THE CANDIDATE: Currently sitting at the Vice President, Associate Director or Director level, within an infrastructure GP, pension fund, or M&A advisory firm.
Proven track record of origination, execution and asset management of infrastructure investments Strong knowledge of debt & equity capital markets and funds management across a range of infrastructure asset classes, including renewable energy, transportation and digital, and social infrastructure
