Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, due diligence, and modelling.

Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation for clients.
What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, secondary advisory, or private equity.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Experience working on complex transactions and a passion for private markets.
