Investment Banking Associate - Generalist

Pearse Partners has partnered with a Global investment bank looking to expand their generalist M&A team.
The team has an extremely active deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years M&A deal experience - either from another IB or an accountancy firm.
Key responsibilities: Execution of transactions (M&A) Manage and mentor juniors within the team Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships Ideal Background: 3+ years working in an Investment Banking/Big 4 environment Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset Excellent verbal and written communication
