Lavandi Talent is a working with a dynamic and innovative leader in the beauty industry, dedicated to delivering premium beauty and skincare products to valued customers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EMEA Account Manager to manage their relationship with Sephora/Douglas, prominent beauty retailers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities: Partnership Management: Develop and maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with Douglas, acting as the primary point of contact.
Work closely with Douglas' buying and merchandising teams to ensure products are effectively positioned and promoted.
Sales Growth and Account Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales revenue, product adoption, and brand visibility within stores.
Identify opportunities to maximize sales, such as new product launches and promotions.
Monitor and report on the performance of our products within locations.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with the marketing and product development teams to align product offerings and marketing strategies with Douglas' objectives.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries and availability.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for growth.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive account performance reports to senior management.
Contract Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with Douglas.
Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Qualifications: Proven experience in key account management in the beauty industry, with a focus on Douglas.
In-depth knowledge of their operations and requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
