About the role:
As our Internal Communication Business Partner, your role is to support the delivery and communication of the business priorities for Drax business units and the wider Drax business. You'll help Drax deliver its business priorities through best practice internal communications, working with the relevant Senior Leadership Teams and other relevant stakeholders.
You'll be responsible for delivering communications that inform, engage and influence colleagues, and which ultimately drive a change in behaviours, to help Drax deliver its business priorities, embed a 'one family' culture and purpose of enabling a zero carbon, lower cost energy future.
Who we're looking for:
- You'll be an experienced professional with extensive experience working in a senior internal communications or marketing role.
- You'll have experience of providing communication support to leadership and senior stakeholders, including integrated communications teams.
- You'll have a track record of producing innovative and engaging communications to a range of audiences.
- You'll be highly competent across the full range of internal communications channels from copy writing, events, PowerPoint, video production, feedback loops, evaluation and agency management.
- You'll have experience of content management systems, including SharePoint intranets.
