Role Overview We're hiring part-time interns to join us as Innovation Facilitators through a unique, Quest-based selection process.
If selected, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding university students through Lumi Quests on industry-relevant topics.
Additionally, you'll contribute to various areas within Lumi, such as marketing, curriculum development, and outreach.
Even if not selected, all candidates completing the Quest will receive a Lumi Skills Passport and a certificate, certified by a Stanford-affiliated institution.
Key Responsibilities Co-Facilitate Quests : Guide and mentor university students as they solve real-world challenges in financial services, healthcare, and other sectors.
Skills Development : Gain valuable experience in facilitation, digital innovation, and AI, while building your own Lumi Skills Passport.
Project Work : Support ongoing projects across marketing, curriculum, and outreach, gaining hands-on experience in key operational areas.
What We're Looking For Curious, motivated students or recent graduates from any academic background, with a passion for learning and innovation.
Availability to commit to a flexible, part-time remote internship for up to one year.
Interest in digital innovation and AI , and strong communication and organizational skills.
