Role Description This is a full-time role for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist with 3-5 years experience.
At Manor Architecture we provide full flexibility for candidates to work mostly from home with the option to work from the offices when convenient to them.
Unlike some larger practices, we offer candidates the opportunity to work across all stages of the project cycle working along side the senior team to deliver projects from bespoke one-off housing to large developer led housing estates.
You will be working predominantly on residential projects and will be responsible for the production of planning, technical and construction level drawings.
You should be able to prepare and submit statutory applications for Planning & Building Regulations and be comfortable talking to clients and attending meetings.
What you'll be doing: Carrying out measured survey with our point cloud scanner (training provided) Design and develop residential projects across all RIBA Stages Utilise Revit for the production of drawing packages Assist senior team members to liaise with clients and keep them updated on project progress Coordinate drawings specialists such as structural engineers etc Attend Design Team Meetings with senior team members What you'll need: Architectural Technology qualification (Degree/HND/HNC) 3-5 years of experience Proficiency in Revit (Autocad is a bonus, but not essential) Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is beneficial (not essential) A valid UK driving license (a deal breaker I'm afraid!)
