Responsibilities: Deliver great customer service and product advice.
Upsell and cross-sell to hit sales targets.
Keep the store tidy and stocked.
Stay updated on trends and work well with the team.
Requirements: Sales experience, ideally in home decor or retail.
Strong communication and people skills.
Confident in upselling and building customer relationships.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
