Interim Structured Finance Lawyer

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Structured Finance Lawyer to join the leading practice of an international law firm on an initial 3-6 month contract with potential to extend.
Day rate inside IR35, hybrid working.
You will advise on premium structured finance and securitisation work, supporting their global client base of financial institutions, private equity firms, trustees and funds.
