We're seeking an experienced risk professional to join their dynamic team and take ownership of developing and maintaining risk management frameworks across the UK business.
The Role: As Senior Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and protecting the organisation's assets and reputation.

Key Responsibilities: Risk Management: Build and implement a comprehensive framework to identify and mitigate risks across all departments.
Controls & Assessment: Conduct regular risk reviews and enhance financial and operational controls.
Documentation: Create and maintain process maps and key risk control matrices.
Policy Leadership: Take ownership of risk policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with regulatory standards and ensure full compliance.
Risk Reporting: Develop dashboards to track risk status and highlight areas for improvement.
Audit Preparation: Support external audit preparation with accurate and timely documentation.
Collaboration: Work closely with key business units to ensure an integrated approach to risk management.
Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements through structured processes About You: The ideal candidate will have: Qualifications: Risk, Audit, or Accounting qualifications (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Significant experience in risk management, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of risk frameworks, financial controls, and compliance.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and coach teams effectively.
Process Improvement: Experience in delivering change management and driving efficiency.
Analytical Thinking: Strategic approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business.
