Role Overview: As a Finance Analyst, you will be at the heart of the finance function, working closely with senior finance leaders and business unit managers.
This is a hands-on role where you'll analyze financial data, support forecasting and budgeting, and provide strategic insights to guide decision-making.
Your work will be instrumental in helping the company achieve its ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
Provide insights on financial performance, identifying trends and highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand financial needs and support their objectives.
Drive process improvements across financial reporting and analysis functions.
Prepare ad-hoc financial models and scenario analysis to support high-impact projects.
Qualifications and Experience Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
2 years of experience in a finance analyst role, ideally within a high-growth or tech environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
Proficient in Excel and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
A proactive approach, keen to drive improvements and work in a fast-paced environment.
