Interim Corporate Counsel (2-5 Pqe)

A leading specialist private equity firm that invests into software, technology and services companies is looking to hire a junior corporate lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join for a 6 to 9 month period.
The client is looking to hire a candidate with a corporate background (M&A), whilst the main role is deal orientated (buying-selling main deals and dealing with portco bolt-ons), the work is pan-European so language skills would be helpful (but not essential), there is scope to get involved in value creation work with the portcos, dealing with shareholder agreements etc.
Candidates need to be able to work autonomously and be a self starter.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Associate looking to leave private practice or someone that is able to start mid December / January.
