Interim Children'S Home Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Interim Children's Home Manager to oversee the operations of a well-established SEND children's home in Surrey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to make an immediate impact in a supportive and child-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents.
Provide guidance and leadership to a dedicated care team, promoting a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, safeguarding policies, and best practice guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, with a focus on the holistic development and care of each child.
Manage budgets, staff rotas, and reporting systems.
The successful candidate must: Have proven experience as a Children's Home Manager or Deputy Manager within residential care.
Have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Possess In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the safeguarding framework.
Be compassionate, resilient, and driven by a commitment to improving the lives of young people.
The Initial contract is for 3 months , with the possibility of extension.
Competitive rate dependent on experience.
