Interim Chief Financial Officer

The Company is in need of an Interim CFO to play a pivotal role in the organizations transition and growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key financial operations, leading the year-end close process, and contributing to the review and restructuring of the finance function.
This includes preparing for a significant board meeting, managing the year-end close, and initiating a comprehensive review of finance processes and systems.
The role also involves mentoring and onboarding an FP&A Analyst and requires a hands-on approach to leadership, particularly in the context of a dynamic, purpose-driven, and fast-paced work environment.

The ideal Interim CFO for this role at the company will have a background as a CFO with a focus on controllership, significant experience in a PE-backed professional services environment, and a strong understanding of revenue recognition and financial reporting processes.
The candidate should be adept at managing ambiguity and change, with a proven track record of driving change at pace.
A hands-on approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse, international team are essential.
