Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE) Benefits include: 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) Discretionary bonus Free medical insurance Pension scheme Onsite subsidized restaurant Free onsite parking (with EV charging points) Discounts and benefits through our Reward Gateway platform WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Analyse, design, implement, and deploy MuleSoft projects through the full software development life cycle (SDLC) using AGILE methodologies.
Design and develop services using RAML in Mule, REST APIs, and various Mule connectors.
Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable integration implementations.
Conduct impact analysis, code reviews, and manage version control.
Integrate various systems using Queues, Topics, HTTP, file systems, databases, and SFTP components, maximizing the benefits of Event Driven Architecture.
Implement data transformations using XPATH, XSLT, DataWeave, and custom Java classes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration and API scope and specifications.
Ensure strict adherence to information security and assurance policies.
Develop a deep understanding of the data that underpins our business and systems to support analytics and reporting.
Communicate solutions and risks effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage and resolve production support issues. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A minimum of 2 years of integration experience with MuleSoft or Power Automate, including troubleshooting and using debugging tools.
Strong understanding of REST, HTTP, Messaging (JMS), JSON, XML, SQL, and SOA.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and RAML.
Familiarity with tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Anypoint Studio, or Eclipse.
Experience in implementing API security and working in AGILE project environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Solid hands-on experience with Java and integration technologies.
Knowledge of Web Services, REST services, JSP, and JavaScript. IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (CloudHub).
