You will conduct 121's, recruitment, assist with personal performance development and act as the technical referral point for your team.
For this part you will have a solid SME insurance background and typically be used to managing the more complex clients to 20k GWP.
You wont have a caseload yourself - were looking for a leader not a technician, but don't worry you will still have the opportunity to get involved with clients as you assist your team.
What makes it furthermore interesting is as part of the SLT you will have autonomy to be creative, open forum to influence and get your ideas heard.
This is a growing branch, currently 30 staff and the ability to carve out your own personal development will also be a pre-requisite to hiring the right candidate for the hiring manager.
You'll expect to be offered a base salary up to £50,000 for a pure leadership role overseeing a team of 10-12 account handlers.
Working hybrid 3-4 days at their Essex office - free parking and state of the art working environment.
