Our Risk and Compliance function has a critical role to play in supporting, challenging and advising across all areas of the business through establishing policy, monitoring profiles, and identifying and managing forward-looking risk and compliance.

In this role you will: •Support product leads with administration and data analysis of Global insurance programmes and Group's purchase of different forms of credit insurance .
•Be involved in the collation and analysis of Management Information (MI).
•Support the Group's purchase of various forms of credit risk insurance.
•Support and maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
•Support the team's responsibilities such as premium and policy tracking.
•Contribute to the delivery of projects and ad hoc insurable risk activities.
•Identify and flag risks where necessary in line with HSBC policy and procedures.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: •Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills with ability to deliver independently or as part of a team.
•Strong word, excel (analytical tools) and PowerPoint skills.
Advanced level in excel desirable.
•Relationship management skills with internal and external partners.
•Practical knowledge of insurance is desirable.
•Experience in either risk management, commercial or investment banking would be beneficial.
•Ability to work effectively within a complex multi-national organization on an individual and team environment basis.
This role is based in Fareham, Hybrid.
