Job Title : Inspections Manager Location: Regional - Home Based Hours Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00, although flexibility with hours may be required on occasion Role will be homebased with travel between properties throughout the week.
Expected that periodic overnight stays will be required due to the location of some properties Key Responsibilities Represent CBRE and our clients to a high standard when conducting inspections Complete inspections in accordance with SOP's and policies Record all inspection findings within CBREs inspection tools Checking and reporting on condition, damages and disrepair Checking and reporting of safety and fire hazards and environmental issues Driving a company vehicle safely and to a high standard Reporting to the Property Manager promptly any areas of concerns noted, including tenant breaches.
