The role requires a candidate who can manage research partners, analyse data, develop insights, and create varied, compelling content for internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Become our foremost expert on work culture thought leadership with an understanding of global nuances Finds and summarises potential trends derived from media, online sources, academia, and podcasts to enrich and validate our future of work research program Use creative approaches and questions to validate potential trends we observe around the world Lead the relationship with the key research partner on this topic, from project-managing primary research across multiple countries through to delivery of annual findings Analyse data to generate insights, uncover trends and country-nuances, build compelling stories on how work culture is evolving, and what that means for technology Synthesise desk and primary research results into thought leadership content, such as reports, articles, keynote presentations, press releases, infographics, talk-tracks for executive presentations/interviews/client meetings etc.
Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams and stakeholders to deliver compelling content CANDIDATE PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, research, or equivalent work experience.
Typically, 7+ years thought leadership, editorial, and insights experience Demonstrated ability to manage all stages of thought leadership (including research design and agency management, analysis of data, publishing papers, and producing and presenting content) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present to, influence, and lead discussions with executive level stakeholders Creative thinker who can work with complex data to shape original and impactful storylines Strong research skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret qual and quant data from various sources to make meaningful connections and discoveries Comfortable working with large quant data sets from quant research Self-motivated, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to deadlines Knowledge of the technology category and B2B is preferred but not essential Experience working in global teams or across multiple countries is preferred but not essential LOCATION: London or Reading (but flexible to collaborate with stakeholders around the world) Occasional travel may be required TEAM STRUCTURE: Part of our marketing organisation, with the role reporting to the head of market insights Individual contributor role in a geographically diverse team
