Insights Manager

This individual will be a dynamic and analytical Retail Sales & Consumer Insights Manager.
This role will be pivotal in driving sales performance and providing actionable insights to enhance our retail operations across our 1300 pubs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, data analysis, and customer insights, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
Sales Performance: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance across all pubs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional managers to drive sales initiatives and promotions.
Customer Insights: • Gather and analyse customer data to understand behaviours, preferences, and trends.
• Provide actionable insights to improve customer experience and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Data Analysis: • Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting.

• Support the development of training programs for staff to enhance sales and customer service skills.
