Innovative Sen Educator Position

We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults, seeking an Innovative SEN Educator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil's achievement and ability to develop.
This is a great opportunity for an SEN Educator who is keen to develop creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs.
The ideal candidate will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.
Key responsibilities include: Teaching a range of subjects Planning fun and engaging sessions Working with pupils with complex additional needs Our school caters for pupils aged 5 to 11 with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour primarily with a diagnosis of ASD.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
